Not exactly...if you know the words to use. Look at the mission statement, who they represent, what they represent, and what they tell the public about their members and membership in general. If they fail to respond, it constitutes misrepresentation, breach of contract, and unethical practice on their part. Always got my way with BBB, because I understood their vulnerability. Remind them of who they are, their representation, and their reputation.
