My wife owns the same model (C-5 Corvette), 2004. the last year the C-5 was made.
Hers is a yellow convertable with 114K miles. It has always been kept in the garage.
It's been a great car. I hope you enjoy your new toy as much as we've enjoyed ours.

Enjoy! Have you put it through it's paces yet? You know, has it been 'vetted' yet? :}

America's Fun machine! Found a somewhat rare deal on a C-7 3 years ago. The previous owner had dressed the car for touring, then passed away 6 months later after 3451 miles. All I changed was the name on the title, and joined the Museum. FYI they run trips all over the country. Managed to go on the National Parks trip 3 yrs. ago. 23 C-7s, a C-5 and a C-6 all roared into Zion's entrance tunnel as the guards waved us in while making videos! Another trip of interest is the springtime tour to Ashville N.C. and the Biltmore Estate, 50 Corvettes running in-trail and the "Tail of the Dragon" en route! Expect compliments at drive-thru windows. If you are interested the build sheet and original window sticker are both available from the Museum. When buying re-sale it is nice to know what the factory put on your car and what someone else did with it. Build sheets show exactly what the car had when it left Bowling Green. Hope you enjoy your toy as much as the rest of us do. Many of the newer series' have become daily drivers, they're that good!

Beautiful. Enjoy it… I can only envy you.
My wife and I can’t get in and out of low to the ground cars, even modern sedans, so SUVs seem to be our only choice.

How many “D” batteries do you need?
Just kidding… it’s a beauty. Drive it for plenty of years!
Looks like a 99-00 C5 . No center body molding that I can pick up. Sharp car and excellent rides
Both pics of my 2002 including under the hood.
Very Nice. I treated myself to an '05 when I retired. I have almost 120k miles on it. It is a little expensive to maintain, so do most cars anymore, but lots of fun to drive. It gets better mpg than my 4cyl Honda Accord. Enjoy the ride and be safe.
P.S. I found the "head up" display keeps me from getting speeding tickets.

And it is not even Christmas....VVRRROOOOOM
You made me dig deep into my memory bank. I haven't owned a Corvette since 1967. I had a 427 coupe, tri-power, stick shift, and side pipes. If you opted for that engine, you couldn't get AC. It was the hottest car, interior heat wise, I've ever heard about. Living in Florida, it was the worst choice I could have made. I kept it a little over a year and got rid of it. As the years moved on, I could afford to have toys, but I never got another 'Vette. I like the black on yours....enjoy it and stay safe.
