I tried to place an order with keh and the order was declined through my bank debit card service. I called the bank and asked them why and they informed me that they had a high report rate of fraud with keh. I was just wondering if anyone has ran into this problem. Everything I've read on here has been positive.

I have bought and sold multiple items through them and have never had any issues with them.

I've had good luck buying from them in the past. Although I usually use a credit card because they offer better consumer protections against fraud compared with debit cards linked to a bank account.

Good point. All I need to do tomorrow is call my bank and unlock the sale. Sometimes my bank plays " big brother " a little too much. But I can understand the concern.

I have purchased a few things from them. I sold a lens to them but they told me it was worth this price then downraded the price but the lens was perfect like new condition, they did send me the lens back but it a waste of time, went to craigslist and got more, so I don't use them any but also things may have changed for them. Covid has done this to many businesses.

BBB has quite a few complaints over 2022, I know I will not be using them anymore.

I've done business with KEH - 2G for a lens. No issues. Would use them again.

And, I don't have a issue with the bank looking out for me. There is usually a reason.

I had a crop sensor lens for my 1v-HS. I had to much of a vignette. I sold it to KEH without a hitch. I bought a 24-135mm from them. I haven’t a problem with them.

I agree. This was the first time I had heard of a fraud alert. Earlier this year I had ordered another lens from keh and had no problem with them or the bank until now. I guess it just caught me off guard.

You may have to set the bank straight. If not, get another bank!
