I’ve had the 24-200 for some time on my Z6. It replaced the 24-70 that came with the Z6. IMHO image quality is the same and the wider range is very useful.
I was a bit concerned it might show flaws with the greater detail of the Z7II. Appears fine to me.
I also have the Z 14-30. It is a great lens too but so far I haven’t tried with the Z7II. The 24mm end of the 24-200 is wide enough for most outdoor shots. Plus the 24-200 has VR.

The 14-30 Z lens is also fantastic, IMHO. In fact I'm very happy with all my Z glass as listed below. All have a purpose in my shooting life. Best of luck.
