Why I like Nikon, Canon, Sony, Fuji, Olympus, Panasonic, Leica, Pentax, Hassleblad, Signma, Samsung, etc., etc.

I'm sorry if you thought I was being insulting. That was not my intent. I was trying to understand you and your point of view.
In the previous thread I stated why I liked my Canon. I assume other people like other brands for similar reasons. I do not feel that Canon is the best. I do not feel that everyone should own only Canon. In fact, I had noticed that some of the sharpest photos posted here were taken with a Nikon, without the AA Filter. I thought about jumping ship, but that would mean new gla$$. Then I had the chance to hold a few and look at the layout of their controls. I decided to stay.
I do know that a lot of people own several different brands. I was only wondering if you owned all the brands you mentioned at the beginning of this thread. It was a simple question, that's all. If you choose not to say, that's ok.
I like cars, trucks, landscapes, astrophotography, so I usually look at what is posted. I am not interested in snakes, birds, and flowers, so I rarely open those threads. If I don't care for the subject of a thread, I usually jump out by the end of the first page. Life is too short to get bored or irritated by something I'm not interested in. But some people will read every word of every thread. Why? Guess I was just trying to find out.
Again, not trying to insult nor irritate anyone, just trying to learn.

You mean you have it?
Well, at least I can spell it and if I were to question it in someone else I would at least get that right.

My last post to you was not suggesting that you were insulting in any way at all. I was just pointing to my previous post that predicted it would happen. Sooner or later it always does. See the post entered yesterday at 14:17:58.

P.S.----I learned touch typing at age thirteen and can type as fast as I can talk, and typos come easily in the age of keyboards when a typist needs no sitting form as in the days of manual typing. I used to use a manual Underwood from 1913. Before the IBM electric and a woman typist there were world competitions in speed typing.----

To keep people like you to the subject of photography, or have you forgotten in the windy city. But then maybe you are capable of only detecting typos, also?-------But it seems A LOST CAUSE?------

Indeed that was a test or your skill in the art of typo recognition----------i.e. #2 You probably know how to spell photography, also?
There it is! As predicted in my earlier post, regardless of how innocent the topic may be the discussions always deteriorate into a combative, insulting exchange. Why are there so many members totally incapable of expressing their thoughts and opinions without offensive, juvenile insults? Their ability to communicate on a mature, friendly basis is underwhelming. I am on the verge of just viewing the photos and ignoring all posts. For those who come here for a friendly, intelligent exchange of thoughts and opinions on the subject of photography, please excuse my rant.

And now it’s a disingenuous excuse. Typing “intelligents” instead of “intelligence” is no typo. Those letters aren’t even close.
Who the heck cares about a misspelled word? Are we not all capable of making an insignificant error? This is my follow up rant to my previous rant. Come on people move on to photography!

This wasn’t simply about a misspelling. First, I called out his mistake when he was calling my intelligence into question. I just think if you’re gonna question another’s intelligence you should take the time to get it right. Then he tried to call it a typo when it clearly wasn’t. I’m guessing you weren’t privy to all the attacks and accusations this guy has a history of.
