That would be Mom's Café in Salina, UT. My wife and I stopped there several times on our way from California to Denver. Delightful.

The best (and biggest) chicken fried steak I ever ate was at Mom's Cafe in Fowler, Colorado. Small town restaurants HAVE to be good to get locals to eat there.

Have you ever been to Bob's Grill in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina? They have absolutely fantastic breakfasts there. Their motto is, eat and get the hell out. Every time I've been there the place was packed.
Love to try out their menu.

Well... very nice pic and experience... but maybe be careful? Hunter Thompson once said ~ "never play poker with a man called 'Doc', never eat at a place called 'Mom's, and never..." I'll leave the final caution off to stay public safe.
