What I am going to tell you is a story that will make you sit up and take notice of our lives.
I was shooting a freshman football around the corner from my house. At halftime I gather my equipment and go to the other side of the field for different angles, etc.
I get a call from my daughter and she is screaming my wife is having a stroke, by the grace of god the AD was close by with his golf cart and he gave me a ride to my car.
I was home in 5 minutes, actually beating the paramedics to the house.
Barbara was having a full stroke, could not talk or use the right side of her body at all. Up on the stretcher, go to the hospital. They now have a miracle drug (I call it that) for stroke victims that burst the plac, etc. all to pieces, within 2 hours after administering the drug she was 95% better. Bottom line is she is home now after 4 days in the hospital and sleeping. We should all count our blessings for the good days because we never know.
We discuss out hobbies taking pics. and it's all fun and games but it sure doesn't mean much when you look at the health of a loved one.
Have a good day everyone.
Jules
Anyway here are a few shots.

Jules, hard to find proper words just now. Just wishing your wife a full and speedy recovery. Hang in there and be there for her.

Given the story, I would not normally comment on the pictures, but you did post. Continuing to set a very high bar sir!

Thank you for being there for me and Barbara. We have been together for 43 years and love each other very much.
She is home now, just took a shower and doing well. She is complaining however about all the bruises on her arms from the iv s . LOL
Taking her medicine with her daughter coming over to help us sort out when where and how many. There are so many pills.
Anyway that is the latest, go on and have a good day.
oh Tom I do the black and white in post.
Again thank you for all the good wishes. I won't answer each one but I am sure you understand I will just answer someone.
