I was walking through a "Wildlife Nature Preserve" the other day, there were many dead trees, stagnate ponds choked with weeds and algae, not a bird in sight, nothing to photograph until I came across this scary looking tree! A bit later, while walking around, a woman ran up to me and ask me to help look for her daughter who had disappeared suddenly in the woods. She said that her daughter was easy to spot, because she was wearing bright orange gloves....... I was lost for words!

Some trees are well known flesh eaters, this looks like one.

....and the frightening, captivating old tree is no longer known as Tatty Gloveless.

Great image!!!
Looks like a Gargoyle!!
I can see where that would have been a shock at first , after studying the tree the orange looks like some kind of flower.
Did she find her daughter?

Yes, very sad! That tree is going to be very cold with only one glove! And I would bet that he was lost for words as well!

It is sad to me that you would use a fabrication of a child's disappearance as a framework for your joke-photo about a tree. A child's disappearance ,for whatever reason, is not something that lends itself well to humor. I'm sure you didn't mean anything by it, but still...

Note, I didn't say anything about needing two gloves, just that the tree only had one. No mention, intentionally, of how many he/she might actually need.
How could I possibly know how many "arms" the tree might have, thus, how would I know how many "hands" the tree might have, thus, how many gloves the tree might need??? Who is to say that some arms don't have any hands, or that some arms don't have more than one hand. Trees are like that, sometimes, don't cha think???? And you have to consider right vs left hand gloves...And then you have opened another can of worms. And, speaking of worms...
See where I'm going with this????
