The people are so generous, allowing photographers to take their photo, most don't ask for anything. A smile goes a long way. When I took photos of mothers or fathers holding babies, I asked if I could take the photo, after I took the image, showed it to them, I gave them a dollar. They were sooo very appreciative.
Great picture! We took a dune buggy tour in the Dominican Republic earlier this year and were told to bring individually wrapped candy for the kids. They were so appreciative and happy to see us (or the candy).
