Amazing work, ship and rigging look great.
All I can say is, WOW! That thing is a monster and really a beautiful piece of workmanship. You should be very proud of yourself. I only have one question, where do you find the time to do any photography?? That looks to be like a very time consuming hobby. May I ask how long you've been working on that project??? It has to be a labor of love for you to put forth such an effort as this.
Thanks for sharing, David

Snapping pictures takes only a few minutes. Another few minutes for finishing them and converting from RAW into JPGs. Nothing, compared to model building!
See my earlier posts for details. Greetings,
Thomas
Great work. Thanks for sharing. We have some amazing talent in this forum.

After many years, I am now finally installing yards and sails on my model of a French 74 gun ship from 1780. Scale is 1:48.
Very tedious and time consuming work!
This is a 3D pic. Cross your eyes to see a third pic in between of those two - the third one will be stereoscopic (3D).
Incredibly beautiful.
I totally appreciate your dedication and artistic and mechanical abilities to pull it off.
You more than made my day to see such focus. Thank you.
That's one beautiful model Pstrykacz! Any idea how many hours you have invested so far?

Truly amazing work. Is everything scratch built, like the cannons for example?
As everyone has said, WOW, Amazing! Holy Sh8t!
I ran across a source for kit models when working on something else and thought "very cool, maybe I would like to tackle something like that!" Did you start small and work your way up to this level? How did you first get your feet wet, so-to-speak? Do you have a source for plans for doing something like this that is scratch built? I hope you aren't going to tell me this just came to you in a dream fully developed, just needing a pair of hands!! Any info to get me started along the path would be appreciated. I'm 68...did I wait too long? :-))
