I took up the Captain's invitation early this morning to come back to Lochabar Springs property with a camera in daylight. This is a secure area and not open to the public.
I was immediately greeted by the guard dog who recognized me as the guy who slipped him some roast beef. He came running over the bridge and licking and tail wagging.
This first shot is the 1/2 mile private road to the cottage and spring.
The column might not look straight, because it is NOT straight.
The spring is the largest spring in the state of PA. The color is not enhanced. The other view is from the foot bridge looking the other way where the spring flows into Antes Creek.

People a few miles away in Jersey shore are unaware of it.
Mainly it is private property not accessible to the public and on the small winding road shown going into the woods.
