Does anyone know of an accessory that I can attach to the lens of a Sony RX10 Model IV to get a wide angle view.
Thank you in advance.

The native 24mm equiv. is pretty wide as is - and, you could also do a sweep pano in camera. That said, I am sure there is a decent quality wide lens that could be screwed on the front - but you would have to be careful in supporting the extra weight on the front of the lens. A 72mm wide element would definitely have some weight.......As I recall, Olympus made some pretty good wide front converters.

I have a Canon wide angle conversion lens that mounts on the front of the lens on the camera. $25 plus a couple of bucks for postage, if you're interested.

I have the Rx100VII and this to give it a wider FOV:
https://www.ulanzi.com/products/ulanzi-wl-1-zv1-wide-angle-additional-lens-for-cameras?variant=37764928733377I bought it on Amazon, but in just checking, it is not in stock.
What this does is to glue on an adapter that when you attach the mate to it, gives the camera 52mm filter threads which this adapter then screws into. The wide angle adapter also screws apart and becomes a 10x closeup filter. I use it for the closeup and don't really need anything wider. When the camera is at its native 24mm end, with the wide angle adapter, there is just a tiny amount of vignetting. Bump it up just a tiny amount and the vignetting is gone.
The glue on piece is not really noticeable and it does look like it is part of the camera. The mating piece that gives it the 52mm threads could also be left on all the time if you want, but I take it off.
The picture showing this in the link is not quite correct. The focus ring on the RX100VII is not larger in diameter than the rest of the lens. And the wide angle adapter is only slightly larger in diameter than the lens.
What's nice about using the RX100VII is how small the camera is. This makes me more likely to take it along where I wouldn't want to carry a camera. It is small enough to fit in my pocket and zooms to 200mm equiv.
Attaching a closeup using the wide angle adapter in its closeup mode of a Hibiscus flower.

That's what I've done. Works well.
All the best.
I have the same one but no hood. $25.00 if you're interested Mint condition.
Understand that the RX100 has no filter threads and in order to use something, you need the kit that adds them.

Why do you keep talking about the RX100 ??? the OP has RX10....

The excellent hood is (maybe the only) very strong reason for getting it ...IMO

Do you need a decent quality result ? Better quality than posting a low rez image online ?

Very likely it will get no wider and merely vignette while destroying image quality.

The 52mm adaption and use of the close up aspect seems quite worthwhile, even while ignoring the wide angle elements.
