Mix 8 ounces softened cream cheese 1/2 cup crushed pineapple and 1/4 cup brown sugar together. Spoon this mixture into a zip lock bag and cut off bottom corner of bag large enough for mixture to be squeezed out. Next cut a package of bacon in half. Now cut a kielbasa or sausage of your choice of sausage into 1/2 inch pieces. Next wrap bacon around sausage making sure sausage is on the bottom and secure with a toothpick. Push toothpick all the way through the sausage. Now it looks like a shot glass. Next squeeze the mixture that's in the bag into each little pig shot to about 3/4 the way full then top it off with a little pineapple. Sprinkle tops with your favorite bar b que rub. Make sure you have them setting on a cooling rack. Place in smoker that is pre heated to 300 degrees and cook for about 75 minutes or until golden brown. When you take them out let cool a few minutes and enjoy. Don't forget to pull toothpick out before eating. I haven't tried it but I think you could cook these in the oven. You just wouldn't have the smoke flavor. They are usually a hit at party's. You can also use the cheese of your choice and put peppers or what ever you want in them instead of the pineapple cream cheese brown sugar I put in mine. Enjoy😊

Thank you for looking glad you liked it. If you go to you tube and type in pig shots you can find lots of different combinations to stuff them with or come up with one of your on.
