The photographer has her hand on her on chin. Which could only mean she forgot a filter she wanted to use or is think the picture would be better if I was over by the guy with the iPhone.

Great shot and it doesn't make any difference if it's a cell phone or not it's still a great shot. I was looking at the photographer down at the beginning of the pier and I was trying to imagine his shot and I think yours would probable be better. Hard to say but I have been looking at the lines and the way you shot it with the walkway leading up to the pier with the length of the pier in the distance and then the sunset to the left. Anyway I like it.
