While photographing flowers in the backyard I saw a bird fly onto the top of a fence maybe 10 feet from me. I started photographing and then his twin brother decided to join us. There I was snapping photos of both birds while each was hopping around and flying from one part of the fence to another. You will notice each bird has a mouth full of food. The photos I am submitting are of both birds. I hope you enjoy them.

Thank you Mike. I appreciate your comments. I was fortunate in that my friend and photography mentor has the same Sony camera and helped me with the menu.
I am not sure how I might help you out but am happy to do so if I can. I can say I love this camera and have gotten great results with it, mostly at 600mm. BUT I can also say I have gotten a few not so great photos with it. Noise is apparent from ISO 800 on upward. I tried setting the ISO at 200-3200 but I found the ISO changing on me. Yes I know it is supposed to be variable but I discovered it might be at 64 (that is not close to 200). I sometimes get up and go to the local beach. Imagine my unhappiness when I try to take photos early in the morning around dawn and expect the ISO to jump up to 3200 for the reduced light only to find the ISO is really 64. My friend has helped me reset the ISO numerous times because he thinks I have set it wrong. Only problem is without me then touching the ISO button, from the FN button, it will change. It sometimes gets pretty annoying. I would be interested in knowing if you have any problem like that.
Still I think you will enjoy the Sony. It is a great camera and does probably about 99% of what my Nikon D800 did but all in one convenient camera. I just got back from a cruise to Mexico and loved it both on board the ship and on shore.
