Its a crappy photo of food applied to a van window. The vinyl is lifting off and swelling up (the odd diagonal thing).

Dont know. Only paid any attention to the faded appearance and the deterioration of the applied vinyl backing. The content of the faded image didnt matter to me, only the colors and that odd surface detail.
