Hi George, I thought you were off to Alaska! Our trip was wonderful and we stayed safe--that's as good as it gets! We did the loop down to Peter Lougheed PP past Spray Lakes and came back up route 40 to Canmore on one day; on the last day we went down to Elbow Falls, Sheep Creek Falls, Bar-U-Ranch and then worked our way over to Hwy. 2 and back to Calgary, so Sam got to indulge in some ranch lands.
Keep me advised when you post pictures from your Alaska adventure!

We did a fairly extensive itinerary because I didn't want to leave any rocks unturned. Gosh, looking back here on UHH I can see where I did 30 posts from that trip.
