I used it last night. Works great (other than the small glitch that I can live with).
I sat up till about 2:30, mesmerized, sliding the split view back and forth seeing the difference it gonna make.
So far its worth the few $$$ just for the entertainment value!

This is NOT a problem with your computer. As you noted, “ If I zoom in on a small (about ½ of the image or less) part of the image it works perfectly.” This is by design. If you have a large image, you cannot load it at 100%. You need to zoom out. Try loading it at 40% or 50%. I believe the reason is that Topaz uses a lot of memory to manipulate the image, so it needs to save memory on displaying the image. You should get a pop-up message asking you to zoom out.

Contact Topaz help desk for confirmation. There is nothing wrong with either the computer or Topaz. Both are working as designed.

That’s not the way it works for me. Mine will load any size image at 100% without any delay, and I would note that with Capture One, that is a LARGE TIFF image (typically about 150 MB). I think the OP is running into a memory limitation of the Iris graphics which are integrated into the CPU die and share the CPU memory.

Yup...

I easily run 350MB tiffs all day long in Topaz...snappy and fast.

It's not the program.
