Trump had the authority to declassify information and materials, Hillary did not and Hillary also transmitted the classified materials from her private email server. Trump's materials were secured in boxes in one place.

It has to be declassified in an organized predictable manner. He cannot just point at a box and declare “not classified “. He took none of the steps that are necessary. He was given plenty of time to do that and he did not. He was given opportunity to turn these documents over. He did not. It was only after he was “ ratted out” that the American government got their property back. Hillary had nothing to do with drump’s failures.

I know that he did not notify archives that he did it. That is a necessary part to declassify. Why are you insistent on finding him non-guilty. I can easily say why I think he is guilty. He has never found a truth he likes.

There's nothing hypocritical about the treatment of Hilary vs. trump. Her actions were investigated and resolved satisfactorily with the DoJ. We want the same with trump.

Declassified or not he was still not allowed to take them as they should have been turned over to the National Archives.

If they were still classified it would be worse as other laws would come into play.

That's the difference between you and I, I'm actually an American who believes everybody has the presumption of innocence. You on the other hand are not an American, you believe everybody who is a Republican or Conservative are guilty at the get go. I'm sure you get the presumption of innocence to Lefties.
