Great set of images!!!!
I found it was best to pick one or a group of Balloons and just wait for It/them to light up and then shoot.
Yep, that’s what I wound up doing!

Very nice job. You said you were frustrated about the number of balloons blocking each other. Personally, I think that adds to the shot because it represents the event and not just one balloon.
True, but because I have some arthritis from having chemo I sometimes am too achey to do a lot of walking around to reach all the different balloons. I would have liked to get Taz, but it was on the opposite side of a large muddy field. Oh well.

Nice series, and the summer is like that in the south.
So true…which is why I try to stick to water activities!
I love your photographs. Wonderful series.

They are a lot of fun and full of subjects. Excellent captures
You'd never make it here in South Texas, 100 degrees is spring to us.
Good morning "FBF",
Beautiful images! Seeing hot air balloons always makes me feel, as when hearing a Banjo, happy. I really can't explain it further but it's as though the balloons and the sound of a well played Banjo (or ones favorite music) might actually be causing the release of endorphins.
Anyway, terrific images.
All the very best to you and yours,
Terry
Great pictures! In No. 4 the lady who is 1/2 into the basket reminds me of Dorothy in Wizard of Oz. Is she going to make it into the basket for the lift-off? or is she going to leave to find Toto?
You didn’t need any help! These are great photos. I really like the first with the blue sky fading.
Steve
Nice outside of the fact that you didn't capture any in flight.
