Hey there fellow Hogs. A while back I posted a pic of my son in Afghanistan. I did promise I would let you know how the story ends. Someone did say once "A picture tells a thousand words". Well here is two. One before and one after. He got home Thursday night and can't believe how beautiful his little Elsie is in the flesh. Thanks for your interest.
The sapper team. Thats him under the southern cross.
Mitch, Maddie and Elsie.
God Bless your family, Welcome home!
Please pass on my sincere thanks for his service and a bright and happy future for him and his family.

Hey ozdude - so happy for all of you. I remember the day I returned from Vietnam all those years ago to my young wife and beautiful new daughter and a proud dad - same deal. Well done - you've got a fine young man, a beautiful daughter-in-law and a treasure of a grandchild there. Please take a million photos and post a couple more. :-P :-P :-P
BTW, I'm sure Thursday was Thanksgiving Day for our American Hog mates (I suspect I'll be put right if that's wrong). In any case, a personal Thanksgiving Day for you and your family.
