She's all jazz and sings many difficult compositions. Her voice is so pleasing and combined with the top notch backup by the trio is simply a "joy for me".

Give a listen. I Hope you find it as enjoyable as I do.

Thanks for the feedback. There’s more on YouTube. Just search for her. I’d also love to see her live. She has appeared at Birdland, NYC.

Enjoy,
Mark

I suppose you are referencing Hoagie's "Stardust"? I agree. I played it many, many times in my "yut".

Really nice Mark... thanks for the share

Does anyone know how to capture the audio from U-tube on a Windows 10 or 11 PC?

Very nice. Didn't you post a link to her before? Her name looked familiar right away - the same with her singing. She's fantastic!

Next time around, I'm going to be born with a good singing voice.

Yes, I did, but a different venue and backup group. For an old guy, your memory still functions. Singer next time around? Would you be Apple or Windows? 😛

I do have a very good memory for faces, and then the names that go with them. I'll see an actor in a 1940s movie, and his name will pop into my head. Even at a different age and with makeup, I tend to recognize actors. For me, it's the mouth that I recognize.

I also have a very good long term memory. I don’t work at it, it’s just there.

Yes, long term is great, but where did I just put the TV remote?
