I have been thinking of all the criminal activity that has been occurring and this is the reason for this composite.

Simple or perhaps not so simple, nice results.

Not so simple for me. I use PS CS5.
I selected the black areas from behind the cell bars which were in the original picture, this selected the cell bars also. Then I had to remove the sections from the bars. I believe I inverted the selection and saved the picture as a PSD. I believe I then made a selection of the person and saved it as either a PSD or a copy.
I believe you probably know the rest of the process.

I completely understand how these simple composites are not that simple. Believe me I feel your pain.

That’s a good composite, you’ve taken some care to get that result. Have you thought of adding a shadow of the bars on the guy? It would pull it together nicely. Either way, you done good!

Enjoyed how you framed (no pun intended) the jailbird. The old rusted building is perfect as a frame. I too know the work which goes into a seemingly simple image. But when it turns out like yours, I feel it's worth the time. Well done. Bev

Wow, beautifully done. Getting composites right can make you tear your hair out

Darn, you just gave me hindsight. You are so right. Well, I try to modify and put the shadows in, but I haven't found how to add them.

Well that’s a tough one! I haven’t done anything with Photoshop’s Liquify that someone showed me. He used it to curve some straight lines he added to flying kites. I could see using it on a layer of the bars turned to dark gray and contoured to match the suspect.

Finally, I figured out a way to do it. Here it is with the bar shadows as best I could.
