Improving Your Health

We all want to be healthier, but it's easier to sit in front of the TV emptying bags of chips. In case you want to try being healthier, I have two sources of information.

"Younger Next Year" explains how to look and feel younger by this time next year. I bought it a few years ago, and it's very good. I'm going to start putting the suggestions into action - probably tomorrow. https://smile.amazon.com/Younger-Next-Year-Strong-Smart_Until/dp/1523507926/ref=sr_1_1?crid=1BKLRF2CMAOB2&keywords=younger+next+year&qid=1658399731&sprefix=younger+next+year%2Caps%2C75&sr=8-1

Here's an example of a guy who looks and feels younger now than he did years ago. Steve Ramsey is a woodworker I watch on YouTube occasionally, and he explains how he accomplished that.

Even if you take one suggestion from each source, you'll be just a bit better off than if you hadn't.

Exactly! It's too hot. I have other things to do. I can't find my workout gear, etc.

The write up says "Chris Crowley provides the motivation." How does he do that in a book? And if you've had the book for two years before trying it (well, maybe tomorrow) how effective is that motivation?

So many questions. So few answers.

The author died at the age of 58 of prostate cancer, which shows you can do the best you can and still die. Poor bugger.

But I bet he was healthy right up to the end. I've known people who lived long, but they were in miserable condition because of smoking, drinking, and living on junk food. "Garbage in, garbage out."
