Kim Komando (Internet Goddess) is absolutely great!!! I've been getting her emails for many years - can't even remember when I started! When I lived in Phoenix, I listened to her radio program for years - and watched her husband's TV program until he retired from it; he was great, also.

I have found companies like Facebook which don't list a support phone number on their web site. I find Google usually has them. But when you call Facebook's number, they tell you they have no phone support.

Or this...which conveys the same notion, but more honest: "Your call is low on our priority list, as it doesn't generate any revenue to the company. You already paid for the product, so why should we waste our time in trying to fix your paltry little problem? Leave your name and number, and we'll put it on our to-do list...but don't hold your breath."

I've seen sites like that before. Sure, there is money sitting somewhere that was owned by a deceased relative, but just try to prove that you're the one and only person in the world who is entitled to that money.
