Columbine1, You have everything that you need to see the tiny world in a new and exciting way. Add an extension tube to a lens (a prime lens works best) and you will see amazing details like the grains of pollen on a flower. Focus stacking is not necessary unless you desire to have a deeper view of the subject in sharpness. Flowers are a great subject to start with and the deeper areas that are in a softened blur bring the eye into the area of sharpness.
