This is an image I have tried to capture on numerous occasions. This one was pretty successful. I live in an area in which there is a lot of mist in the air many mornings. As the mist clears, there is an interval in which both the mist and the sun are present and it is possible to (sometimes) to capture images like this one. It is actually kind of difficult to get everything right. The photo was shot with a Fuji X-Pro2 with a zoom lens set to approximately 40mm, f14, and an ISO of 200. The photo was then run thru an HDR processor, which improved the overall rendition.

This is really nice, and I appreciate all the effort you put into capturing this shot. I might have actually backed off the colors in the star-rainbow a little bit--but it's not my photo! I think it is beautiful.

You could be right about that. I like the present rendition, but I can see that it might be better with a little less color saturation. At some point, you have to just quit messing with it though.
