I bought Capture 1 and have to get in touch with them regarding a specific issue. They send you to their Q&A pages, none of which address my problem. They have my email wrong and there is seemingly no way to chat or talk to a person. Any help will be appreciated.

Suggest to post your questions/circumstance on their Facebook page as well as the other FB pages about C1. They seem to monitor them.
