You lost me when you mentioned hunting as a childhood trait, supposedly leading to being a serial killer. Hunting has been a wholesome sport and a way for Americans to fill their freezers with meat since the Pilgrims came to America. You don't like hunting then don't hunt. Pretty simple, eh? But to make hunting a precursor to ending up a serial killer is ridiculous and simply a lie. Millions of Americans hunt including men, women and children. Please tell me you KNOW there are not Millions of serial killers out there.

not hunting Dennis, read it again, it's "hurting" not hunting, and BTW, I support hunting, and it's probably good training for proper use and handling of a weapon for the young

Well....there have been serial killers (real killers) that have used a camera to lure young women to their demise. They pose as photographers to entice the victim to come to a "free" photoshoot while flattering them that they have the beauty to become a fashion model and he will provide the photos for their portfolio and pass them along to his connections in the industry...and then strangle them.

I can only offer my apology. Yesterday evening I got some new glasses and apparently I misread the word. If that happens again I may be returning them again for different lenses. Thank you for your comment.

What you choose to dwell on does say something about you, but it might be a bit hasty to start labelling people as psychopathic just because what they dwell on is a bit dark or morose or whatever.

Since you raised the subject, it's not a good idea to dwell on darkness and other depressing aspects of our lives. As in the Native American story about the two wolves that battle within us, the one that wins is the one that we feed the most.

Yes, photography as therapy is why I got into it. It's why some people paint. So you can block out things that bother you & have peace from stressful people or situations that are stressful.

It's been great up til the lock downs & now too many tourist where I live. I like to do landscapes. Have put our property up for sale & hope to move where not so crowded and not so much traffic. Wish me luck.
