I've been creating a few panoramas from Amsterdam to Lucerne from my recent trip. Here is a follow up to the one I posted a couple of days ago from Amsterdam. It was taken at ISO 64 at F8, 1/80 second. Nikon Z7II and a Nikon 24-120 F4 lens at 77MM and 12 images stitched together. It was handheld. I use a tripod when at home for panos but I find it difficult to take a tripod on the Viking cruises due to lack of time to really set up, so I do my best hand holding. I think it's not that difficult with proper technique to get a good image. I made the final image 27 inches across.
