I have watched all the hearings—nits important. As any judge will affirm, a person’s demeanor while testifying is important. This 25 year old girl did well.
So did the high level officials from the DOJ.

Uh, that is exactly what hearsay is. "I heard someone say that trump said or did such and such." The very definition of third party testimony which amounts to not very much.

It is quite believable...but it is third party hearsay.

She did not hear it herself, she did not see it herself...so what does it really mean?

It's still hearsay. Look it up. Let's play this out...if someone else were to testify under oath that someone told them Chuck Schumer or one of his underlings ordered a hit on Justice Kavanaugh, how does that fit into your definition of hearsay??

The 1/6 Committee is now closing in on trump's inner circle of co-conspirators in the January 6, 2021 Insurrection and attempted coup.

The big question is just how many of trump's inner circle will turn on trump and testify before the 1/6 Committee to try to lessen their charges and their legal liability?

Seditious Conspiracy is a serious offense. Up to 20 years in prison.

Obstruction of Congress is a serious offense. Up to 5 years in prison.

Witness intimidation is a serious offense. Up to 20 years in prison.

All three of these crimes face significant prison time.

If they're all charged at once, the punishment can mean consecutive prison time, it's doubtful if the sentences would be concurrent.

45 years is an awfully long time.

For some members of trump's inner circle, and members of Congress, that'll amount to a life sentence because of their ages.
