Occasionally, some of my repeat avian visitors become recognizable based on some distinguishing feature(s). When that happens, they typically get named.
This Mourning Dove is either molting, is hen-pecked, or suffers from some other malady.
He appears to wear a toupee to cover his bald spot and can also be recognized by his aggressive behavior as he is constantly fighting with other doves.
Nominate a name and I will choose the winner in a few days. No prizes other than recognition are implied.
