Beautiful images !!! Fun to imagine to decipher pix. Thank you for sharing. Shang
Dagnabbit Cany, these sure are purty. Az the Pic Lady Lady says, the master of the foreground was clearly at work, I'd add, also the master of the middle ground and the far ground was also on hand. I appreciate the work you put in to get these results and also the good humor and pretension punctuating analysis you share with us.
great photography weather! superb
Cany, always look forward to your posts! Superb photography of western landscapes that i would not get to see on my own.
Now that is what I like to see in the Photo Gallery!! Fantastic Shots!!That is Photography!!
There's been some positive --and once or twice, some... ummm... over the top-ish-- comments posted in reaction to the images in this post. There's likewise been a fair number of 'views' of the post, and all I can assume is those who viewed the post found my choice of subject matter/manner of presentation/processing/general aesthetic somewhat in line with their own, while others who chose not to view or not to comment did likewise, because the images did not conform to their choices/preferences/aesthetics as regards photographic imagery, and that's perhaps as it should/could/would be expected to be. Regardless, from my side of things, make no mistake: while your comments are appreciated (and thanks for having made the comments you've made), reactions and responses, both yours and mine, do not constitute the sum total of what's at hand, and what is most elementally at hand are the images themselves. Without those there'd have been neither a (my) reaction (to the 'scene') nor a (your) corresponding response to what had been posted, and however far, and however necessary as either 'your' or 'my' input may be, neither is sufficient without the existence of the image(s). And 'the image' is itself entirely neutral --it just *is*-- however much or however little we manage to see it otherwise.
So I'd reason that 'the image(s)' deserve(s) as much or more consideration than either our respective motivations or any collective reactions.
I love the the different textures 👍😊😊
Fantastic lighting on these shots.....better call the FBI about the noose!

The FBI has been contacted. They should be knocking on --or battering down?-- your door shortly......
