I had never heard of these flowers before, but I guess I'd seen them and didn't know their names. Danzia - and each plant has distinctive blooms in wild color schemes. Tonight I'll post orange ones. Tried out some different angles.

I love real photo contests. UHH used to have a photo contest with a different category every week, and you voted on what you liked best. You didn't win anything, but for me, it pushed to be more creative. Now, once a year I enter photos in the North Idaho State Fair. Most years they add a special category. This year it's "aluminum".
I needed your help. This is is what I came up with so far. Feel free to pick it apart, and/or give me a better idea.
