I did not know it would produce anything, so I did not wait...

As to was it worth it?

I think so, I posted a close-up in another section....

I am in Florida (near Pensacola) and after being planted five/six years ago it is the first time one blooms (out of four plants). Something must be wrong at to where they are (shade) and watering (twice a day, sprinkler...)

Any idea?

I am in mid-central Florida and the Varigated Ginger are planted along part of the frontage of our home which faces East and gets morning sun. They receive twice weekly watering through a micro irrigation system. They thrive in this location and have to be thinned and cut back regularly and "bloom" at least once a year, sometimes more often.

Thank you. I may have to replant them.

Excuse me, what is "ACR"? Also, does UHH offer a section with the professional terms explained?
Thanks in advance -
