And this just reported - a woman contracted HPV from having sex with her partner in his vehicle, which was covered by GEICO insurance. She sued, claiming that it should be covered by his automobile liability policy, and it went to arbitration, where the arbitrator just ruled in her favor for $5.2 million! That is nuts! (so to speak). Had she never had sex with him anywhere else? How did she prove it was from him - the incubation period for HPV can be quite long.
