I don't know. I bought my house a long time ago and put 50 percent down, so I can't say when the real estate market really went crazy with giving out loans they shouldn't have. All I know is that half of the people I know that went into foreclosure it was entirely their own fault. They were told to not pay their mortgage for a couple of months and then they would be eligible for federal subsidies.

Of course they never bothered to save the money that they didn't pay so that they could pay it later, and of course they didn't get a government subsidy until it was too late. One of the guys I work with has been bankrupt twice and foreclosed on once, and they still recently gave him a mortgage on another house.

His first bankruptcy was his wife's student loans, I think they may have actually paid his, but I'm not certain. The second one was medical bills, and the foreclosure was because he didn't pay his mortgage. The really crazy thing about the mortgage subsidies stuff was the rationale was that because the housing market tanked in 2008 they were underwater, owing more than their house was worth. Of course had they just kept making the payments the house is now worth double what it was in 2008. So, they caused their own problem.

I get so sick of the government spending tax dollars to bail idiots out.

Wait a minute......is Joe going to pay for my EV? Is Joe going to pay for everyone that needs drug rehab? Is Joe going to pay for the solar panels on my house? Is Joe going to pay off my credit card because I got in over my head? He's also paying reparations to those with dark skin. My mother and grandmother were denied the right to vote based on their gender and that's a lot of suffering - shouldn't that get me at least a couple of grand?

But the POINT was you on the Left blamed Trump for every minor thing, didn’t you? Even when he was correct if it didn’t suit you it made him a negative.

One example was his dealings with NK. He was the very first President to go to NK to speak to KJU. But every one of you put Trump down. That just plain sucks from the LEFT.

So explain it to us what Trump accomplished in North Korea. The guy pretty much begged every president for attention, and Trump gave him what he coveted so much.
