Well my friend, my monitor is calibrated. Since you differ on this point I have taken the liberty of modifying your image to show you what blue looks like vs black.

It was a good effort and I like your blue but it is not Navy blue. And the color on the monitor matches my US flag in front of house, and looks the same on two other devices. Let me show you what black looks like.
