Once back in California and on the beach it did not take long to start seeing seals. There is a Seal Refuge right in Carpinteria a couple of miles from the house. They are neat to see and it was nice to pay them a visit.

Thank you very much. The smell is not bad because the viewpoint is probably close to 100 yards above the seals and birdlife on the beach.
