Excellent shots MaggieMay...the only thing I'd rather see is No,3 looking into the frame, not out of it...e,g; further to the left...

Since you want our opinions I will give you mine. I do not do this type of photography but I am thoroughly familiar with it.
The posing of the subjects look fine to me but placing the subject in the center of the frame is not my style. Something tells me some of these images can be improved visually with a better crop. I took your first shot and cropped it to make it more dynamic trying to convey what I am saying.
I believe the results should be more pleasant to the eye than placing the subject in the dead center.
