Sunset at Pebble Beach

Taking a drive around the Carmel 17 mole loop, I happened to see the sun setting. I got out had my Samsung S21 ultra phone with me andcsnapped this sunset right as the birds entered. It's a cell phone, so don't thrash me! Turn out ok considering. I know it's not the standard for the big gun cameras like my D750, but thought "it's amazing from a phone"

Is that as shot, or did you add some kind of texture in PP? With that kind of shot you'd be better to add some denoise because softness is more appropriate than graininess, even if it means losing a little sharpness.

I think it’s great.
Personally would get rid of the bench and crop out a bit of the sky at the top to move the horizon up a bit
But, pretty nice photo regardless

I did in camera post and could have softened it a bit I agree I'll go in and do that-see how it looks! Tale the beach out iyo and just show the water edge and sunset?

The sand is part of the location and it's not a distraction, but a trim would help to focus more attention on the sky.

That's really a very nice shot. If anything, I would crop out the bench on the right.

My take on the beautiful image. I agree the bench should be removed. If this was my image I would warm it a bit using Color Balance and adding red and yellow. It is too blue for my taste.
If you prefer the cold image like it is then it is your choice since the image is yours.
