I took this series of shots beginning with the Heron circling its prey and carrying out a series of manoeuvre's before diving in to grab the hapless chick. The subject was between me and the sun and I didn't expect anything presentable, I did however manage to sharpen up a little and I hope they are presentable and that you enjoy them!

I once saw a Great Blue prey on a Red Wing Blackbird. A first for me. Nice sequence.
