For the past two weeks I have been about as sick as I have been in a long time. Thankfully not Covid but more of a sinus head cold type of thing with acute coughing spasms. After two weeks and two boxes of DayQuil/NyQuil capsules I woke up this morning to a beautiful day and a large yard that needed mowing. Believe me I was ready for it too. While cutting the yard I noticed some tulip bulbs I had planted were up and looking beautiful. Also there was some very tiny yard weeds as well and all of them begged for photos.
I hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoyed taking them.

Thank you Mike. I am happy to oblige. I have to claim I am the world's worst gardener but the red one I planted last year. It turned out pretty nice. Its brother is about 4 feet away and is doing well too. Hopefully more will come up.

Excellent. Glad you are feeling better.
Thanks very much. I still have some lingering aches and pains and coughing but way better than I was two weeks ago.

Thanks Sylvia. My tickety-boo started yesterday and so far so good.
I have friends just outside London and also used to work with a British woman who was from South Africa. When hearing them talk some of the language is of course foreign to me. Some I could never get used to such as, Watching the Telly. But much of it is really cute and as I said, foreign to me but still pretty neat. I suspect some of our English spoken here must sound the same to your side of the pond.
Be well and I hope you always feel tickety-boo.

Thanks Vince. I don't get sick very often and not usually too serious but this one sure kicked my butt. But all is well now and it gave me a chance to take lots of naps, maybe slept away most days at least. Glad you liked the photos. I enjoyed taking them.
