After many trial and errors trying to get lighting the way I wanted it I have finally accomplished what I set out to do. Now to get new lens and flash and start all over lol

Really, really nice set! What lens are you using? I have a couple Nikon Macros one being the 105mm f2.8. I'm thinking about getting the 200mm f4.

Currently went back to my trusty 40+ year old Lester A Dine 105mm macro next week getting Laowa 100mm macro that goes to 2X and V1 flash will have to slightly modify or completely remake diffuser once I get them.

Nice! Diffusion is the biggest issue. One thing I am playing with now is this diffuser material that is found inside of lcd screens like flat screen tvs and computer monitors. Its pretty hi tech stuff. Here is a discussion on that:

All good but the 6th. one is a very 'showy' looking fellow with an excellent pose. I don't know what it is.

Next, patiently wait for a mosquito to bite your hand and photograph his exsanguination** of you in progress.

Wow, those are fantastic!!! #6 especially, a Plume Moth, family Pterophoridae, possibly genus Platyptilia or Geina. See https://bugguide.net/index.php?q=search&keys=Pterophoridae&search=Search for family, or https://bugguide.net/node/view/438806 or
https://bugguide.net/node/view/2070251 for possibilities. What a beauty; and others aren't discards by any means.
