I THINK what the other poster is trying to point out is that used "non L" lens prices are generally lower than what you've set. I realize that you're throwing in a filter and case but that's the reality...used price is more like 60% of current new price. (current ebay sales are about $500.00)
Though I must say that is a spectacular lens...wish they made it's equivalent in FF.
