Good morning guys, I got to thinking last night about all the cool stuff that's been involved, that we now take for granted. I was thinking of the smartest invention ever, and I believe it's the "thermos flask". Think about it, no moving parts, no USB ports to charge it, and here's the clever thing. You put something hot in it, and it stays hot. (sometimes all day). You put something cold in it, and it stays cold. (sometimes all day). And here's the magic.... HOW DOES IT KNOW?

Good one! Years ago I was in the market for a pool table. Went to a store that had tons of them on display. Fell in love with one on the floor, but it was used. Salesman said I’ll let you have it for half price. I said no, I was looking for a new one. He said “it has no moving parts.” Bought it and was very happy with the purchase.

That still didn't help the Irishman who put a choc-ice in a thermos and then topped it up with hot coffee after he had been told that they kept hot things hot and cold things cold!

He was not informed that heat rises. He probably put the coffee on the bottom while the choc-ice on top. Be sure to read the small print, even if a translator is needed.
