Anhinga tossing minnow up and catching it to eat. Show off!

Unexpected capture. I had to react fast, I was not expecting this anhinga to be eating here, there was an alligator, a bunch of turtles, and 5 or six people on a bridge photographing it all. The Anhinga went behind some bushes. then suddenly came out and flipped the minnow up. Lucky for me I was shooting the turtle and when I saw the Anhinga dip down to flip the minnow I fired a burst instead of a single shot I planned. Sadly, I was at F4 and so the minnow go out of focus before it's tail.
Two images, first is full crop, second is tight crop so you can see the minnow better.
Nice, did you pay the turtle to pose?

Thanks, no, LOL! I think he "jumped" a little when the Anhinga rushed out, he looks fairly blurred in the full crop.
There were 5 or six turtles there, a Great Blue Heron landed for a moment, noticed all the people and flew off and hid in some plants in the next pond. I will post a photo of him next.
Great capture for both of you!!
Really a well done photo.

Wow! I’d frame and hang that one.
