So the Windows manager is only using 1,2 GB, yet the performance indicator is showing 9.6GB use (60% of 16GB). Need to find out who is using the rest. Look down through the long list of processes (there will be maybe 100) below the active programs that are running and see which process is using all the memory. When you do, let us know and right click on that process and disable it.
