This is a shot from last weekend's Joint Base Charleston's Airshow where the F-16 crosses in front of a pyro explosion cloud.
This shot happened when the sun lit up the aircraft, and the unique paint job really stands out.

Great view of the fighter!

Consider linking a larger image preview, say up to 1600px on the long side, to leverage the screen sizes of the UHH community.

Consider starting your Photo Gallery post in the Photo Gallery section.

Thanks for the suggestions. First - brain freeze for not putting this in the Photo Gallery. Next, I set my photo sizes to 1920x1080 for fitting on my monitor. I will have to get a better size for UHH.

I do appreciate the feedback!

I love 1920px. I don't have enough varied computers to test / confirm that UHH now dynamically resizes to the screen size where displayed. I think it does, where 1920px shouldn't cause any 'overflow' issues on smaller screens.

It doesn't resize on my 3840x1080 screen. Actually 2 monitors tied together using Nvidia Control panel. Some programs do others don't. It was the only way I could use more than one monitor at work when I worked for BOA. ITS also great for video games. Lol

I wouldn't expect that they'll "resize up".

Thanks for jump starting my brain. So, I'm linking back to blogspot. When I upload my photos there, I start with a 1920x1080 (16:9). I mistakenly thought that is where it stayed. No such luck, it renders the image size to 640x360. And that 'splains a lot.

I'm not having any luck (yet) with finding some re-size magic in the reference link that UHH will handle.

Maybe time to research a Flickr account?

Flickr lets you pick a size to share, up to the original size as uploaded into their repository. Your F-16, when expanded from your site, is an HTML address rather than a reference to an image file. That's why it can't be used in the linking technology of UHH.

Beautiful shot Kurt! Great to see a shot from a fellow member of the Flint Lensmen Camera Club. I think this shot will make you famous.

Yes - the detail is so sharp I would love to be able to see it larger. Even on your website it is not big enough - it looks like you could see the expression on the pilot's face if you could blow it up enough!
