One of the more prevalent reasons fit under one title. Economy. Unless it was a truck farm, it was hard to stay when there was a loss of source of funds. Another is that the grandkids moved into the city for work, still holding onto the old property with the hopes of selling for a large sum. And there are several other reasons that fall under Economy.
